Wedding Invitation List

Where do you even begin? Who makes the cut?

Celebration Hall is here to help you create the perfect guest list that makes not only you feel comfortable, but everyone else too.

It’s your big day and you deserve to have a magical experience.

The first thing you need to accomplish is a target guest list, or rough draft to get started. Decide if you want to keep the celebration smaller with  less than 150 guests, or a much larger celebration. This is extremely important before you start blindly sending out invitations to everyone you know. Celebration Hall has come up with a short checklist you can use as a reference. We strive to provide excellent service and guidance in creating perfect memories for your wedding day.

People to Consider:

  • Immediate Family
  • Closet Friends
  • Friends
  • Friends of your family members
  • Distant relatives (good way to rekindle a relationship)
  • Co-workers
  • Others (anyone else you may want to invite)
Once you have a list of names created, you can start prioritizing your guests to encompass your wishes without abandoning your budget. If someone is helping finance the wedding, such as parents of the couple, it is courtesy to include them in preparing your guest list.  It is important to consider their friends and family that may have been over looked. It is essential to create boundaries and STICK to them! Exceptions to the rule accumulate and become a slippery slope. Remember, at the end of the day it’s about you and your big day. Roughly 15-20 percent of the guests you invite will not be able to attend depending on various factors, including: location, availability, and conflicting schedules. Celebration Hall is here to guide you on this memorable journey.  We will assist you in creating a custom, incredible and gorgeous wedding day! We specialize in all events that call for a celebration.
