Time flies, it is so hard to believe another year has almost passed. Soon the holidays will be upon us and next thing you know we will be saying “Happy New Year!”
There is no better time than now to start planning your wedding for 2014.Booking your wedding here at The Celebration Hall is a great start in your planning. We can help you with a lot of the details but there is still a lot to do and it is NEVER too soon to get started.
Make sure you know your wedding budget. This alone will save countless decisions and disagreements. Once you have covered the cost of the hall here, figure out your budget for food, drinks, entertainment, etc.
Figure out how many people you plan to invite and whether you will offer a sit down meal or a buffet, etc. Some choose to cut costs by having tables of appetizers, relish trays, chips and dips and dessert items rather than have a catered meal.
If you choose to use a caterer you will need to discuss this with one of our staff and make sure we have them on our list of approved vendors.
What Do You Really Want?
Are you planning to serve alcohol or have an open bar? Here again you can cut costs and control over indulging by taking some control over the situation. You can bring your own alcoholic beverages here providing you hire a bartender. We can help you with this detail as well. This will help you plan what to serve and cut costs over an open bar.
If you wish to have live entertainment for your reception this is a good time to make the plans for that as well. Or, discuss with our staff what options we have, such as stereo systems etc.
Also, we rent some items such as decorations, chairs, etc., Our maximum capacity is 200 comfortably but we can hold up to 300.
