What is Celebration Hall?

A.

Celebration Hall is a wedding and event venue that is located on the west end of Scenic Hwy 30-A, along the Emerald Coast of Florida. Inspired by the grand halls of European Manor homes, this venue offers a truly unique and romantic experience. With vaulted beamed ceilings, oak doors, and massive wrought iron chandeliers scaled to impress, Celebration Hall evokes the luxury and romance of a historical venue in the heart of Santa Rosa Beach.

Within easy access to 30-A beach resorts, Destin, shopping, and restaurants, guests can enjoy all the amenities of a destination beach wedding. We are also minutes from the beach, so the ceremony can be on the beach and the reception can be at the Hall.

What are the Prices for the Venues?

A.

Celebration Hall consists of a 3,700 sq ft climate-controlled building and a wide expanse of landscaped and lighted lawns.

• Ceremony and Reception: $4250

• Ceremony only: $2495

• Reception only:  $3650

(Guests will be invited to cocktail hour outside on the landscaped lawns while the interior is reconfigured for the reception)

How many people can the Hall accommodate for the reception?

A.

For the reception, with all music and dancing inside, we can offer a seated capacity around 150 people. If you are using the outside lawn with a tent for reception you may have over 300 people.

Are all prices set for the Hall or can they change?

A.

Our prices are subject to change without notice at any time.

Can we get married on the beach?

A.

For the bride who prefers to be married on the beach, there are beach accesses within minutes of the Hall. After the ceremony, your guests will appreciate the short drive and ample parking at Celebration Hall for your gala reception.

What other costs can I expect that are not included?

A.

 1. DEPUTY –A Walton County Deputy is required to be on site for all events over 75 guests and also at other smaller events if alcohol is being served. The Hall will make the final determination if a deputy is needed. The fee is $25 an hour for the off duty officer and the Hall will make this arrangement for you and add it to your venue fee.

2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT – $500 (refundable within 30 days given there are no damages)

What methods of payment can be used to pay for the venue?

A.

When you have decided to book your event, we will write your contract. A non refundable deposit of ½ the venue fee will secure your date. The balance is due 30 days prior to your event. We can email the contract, which you can return by mail, with your deposit, or we are happy to accept a credit card. A 3% surcharge for credit cards will be added.

Does Celebration Hall offer courtesy holds?

A.

We are happy to put a courtesy hold on a date for a limited time, to allow time for you to make your travel plans to visit the property before making a commitment, without obligation. You will be given the right of first refusal for that date. Courtesy holds are usually no longer than a week.

Does The Celebration Hall have a kitchen

A.

Yes, for catering staging only, no cooking permitted. Caterers must remove all trash from venue. There is a $100 fee charged if caterers do not remove trash. (This will be deducted from your security deposit).

Are any hotels nearby?

A.

1. 30-A Suites- An on-site boutique hotel (wedding party discounts are available).

2. Condos- We offer 2 & 4 bedroom condos for families with children or for bridesmaids who need larger spaces to get dressed. There are 2 villas next to each other that are perfectly set up for bridesmaids, the bride and groom, and the groomsmen, featuring large mirrors and spacious living quarters. What about alcohol?

All alcohol must go through Carousel Liquors. They also do complete bar set up and give you a credit for any alcohol not used.

Is there ample parking available?

A.

Yes, we offer over 100 spaces to guests for FREE!

Does Celebration Hall have tables, chairs, and other decorations?

A.

We have 200 chairs and various table sizes that are included when booking but must stay inside the Hall. If you want tables and chairs outside, they must be rented by another vendor.
